Who I Am, By Design
I build digital experiences that bring communities together in sports, in events, and in everyday life.

I grew up in LA, navigating imaginary worlds — from hunting whimsical secrets in Poptropica to curating a list of 600 books and 500 anime titles — anywhere you could lose yourself, I chased it. It taught me that great design is rooted in curiosity and joy.

I studied journalism and web dev at USC, where I learned to listen deeply and build with empathy. Now, I design products that parents trust to manage their kids' teams, hackers trust to navigate a hackathon event, and curious minds trust to feel seen. What I really care about is how technology can help real people.

At heart, I’m someone who loves organizing chaos and creating clarity out of creative messes. And above all, I have an unyielding desire to understand.

Beloved Communities That Shaped Me
HackSC Product Lead
HackSC is USC’s biggest student-run hackathon, and I led design for two years. I helped craft the branding and user experience for Hibiscus, a multi-platform web portal that supported over 800 participants. I mentored newer designers, collaborated with developers to ship websites, and made sure everything felt playful and cohesive — like the kind of hackathon we’d want to attend.
Annenberg Media Multimedia Journalist and Audience Researcher
I researched ways to help our newsroom understand how Gen Z interacts with news. I ran A/B tests, spotted engagement patterns, and shared insights that shaped how our journalism reached students — whether that was through TikToks, headlines, or the content our posts.  Alongside that, I worked as a multimedia journalist — reporting, producing, and editing stories across formats. That work sharpened the same muscles I use as a UX designer: empathy, storytelling, clarity, and always thinking about the audience first.
Innovative Design UX Designer
I got my start in design here as a freshman — designing websites and brand identities for student orgs across campus. Later, I joined the tech committee and helped redesign our internal site to better support club operations. It was my first taste of real-world design work, and where I fell in love with crafting digital experiences that are both functional and fun.
Philosophies
Design Quality Grows From Intellectual Quality
I’m constantly evolving my skillset to meet the needs of the digital landscape. Whether it's staying updated with the latest accessibility guidelines, reading books, or experimenting with new design patterns and tools, I approach every project with a fresh, adaptable mindset.
From Headlines to Interfaces
Journalism taught me that a great, accessible story is one that truly understands its audience. This same principle led me to UX design, where I not only tell compelling stories, but also create products that shape people’s experiences. Just as a well-crafted story is clear, objective, and easy to understand, my designs aim to be intuitive and inclusive, serving the needs of users and businesses with purpose and clarity.
Embrace The Journey
I embrace the learning curves, the discomfort, and the doubt. I embody a growth mindset and let my optimism drive me. With persistence and a deep curiosity for design, I can go far.
